The room was absolutely gorgeous and spacious.

The staff was incredibly unhelpful. they bluntly told me to park on the street after driving 600km. To make matters worse, they offered no assistance when I asked for directions to a nearby car park.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

The receptionist’s language barrier made communication difficult, which was quite frustrating at times.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the magnificent beach just a short stroll away and the close proximity to beautiful parks filled with families and picturesque views. every morning was an adventure starting from my comfortable room with easy access to Santiago's vibrant culinary scene nearby, perfect for food lovers who enjoy exploring the city on foot.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Sea View was spacious and offered stunning views of the coastline. The coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, perfect for starting the day right, even if the coffee itself didn’t impress.

I was charged for my full stay before arrival, which was contrary to what I expected. the refund given was less due to exchange rate discrepancies. The smart TV in the room only featured central channels with Netflix access blocked, which was a letdown. the buffet breakfast prices felt steep given the limited variety. I had a double bed that turned out to be two twins pushed together, causing discomfort as I sank between them. To top it off, the atmosphere was a bit outdated and lacked charm, feeling more like a chain hotel rather than a unique experience.

During my two-night stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive variety at breakfast, from delicious churros to beautifully presented fruit platters. The underground parking was a convenient perk that made my arrival stress-free. I enjoyed the relaxing coastal walk to the beach, just a short distance away, perfect for soaking up the scenery. My room was comfortable and bright, with a lovely view of the surrounding area, making it a great spot to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions.

we had a wonderful stay in santemar. the clean, spacious room had a lovely walk-in shower and a mini fridge, perfect amenities for our holiday. the buffet breakfast featured local treats like churros and gallo pinto, making mornings delightful.

WiFi barely worked. Loved the cozy room with blackout curtains and fresh fruit available all day.

The Deluxe Family Room was spacious and perfect for our kids, with comfy beds and a nice shared area. The shower was large enough to wash the little ones easily, and cleanliness was top-notch. Everything was well-kept and cozy. the view was just of the back of the hotel—not a big deal for us since we were out exploring most of the time. The air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfortable during our stay.

The hotel’s proximity to a beautiful sandy beach just minutes away made my mornings special. I felt the restaurant menu could use more enticing options.
